Prince Philip Banner – 40th Anniversary Parade

Parade Schedule

The parade will still be held at Gaza Ridge Barracks (North Bandiana) on 20 May 2026. The newly scheduled timings are:

• 0900 h – Guests/Spectators Arrive and are escorted to the Corps Static Display
• 1030 h – Parade Spectators move to the parade viewing areas
• 1100 h – Parade Commences
• 1230 h – Parade finishes
• 1400 h – All Spectators to have departed the barracks
• 1800 h – Formal dinner (by ASEME invitation only)
• 1730 for 1800 h – Informal dinner for all others who wish to attend.

Informal Dinner

A formal dinner is being organised separately by ASEME. Attendance at this will be by invitation only. This is expected to be limited to serving dignitaries and selected retired guests.  

An informal dinner will be held for all members who wish to attend. This will be a casual affair with all members purchasing their own dinner and drinks. The general plan for this meal is:

• Location: The Blazing Stump hotel in the Mountain Deck room. 
• Dress: Neat casual
• Timings:
  • 1730 h – Guests arrive for welcome drinks and socialising
  • 1800 h – Guests will order their meals from the bistro at 1800h. This will allow all meals to be delivered at roughly the same time.

Attendee Requirements

All parade attendees are now requested to:

• Parade – Provide identification details of all members in their party NLT 18 May. These details will be provided to Base Security. On arrival to the base, all members of your party will be required to show ID. Failure to register will see entry denied until checks are completed.
• Informal Dinner – RSVP ASAP (but NLT 18 May) as we need to confirm numbers for The Stump.
